What's Not Included: Lunch and all personal expenses. Snow wear rental (guests booking the basic package must pay on-site). "Konohana no Yu" hot spring admission fee and towel rental (for guests opting for the hot spring). Any subsequent transportation delays, taxi fares, or accommodation expenses incurred due to force majeure (e.g., severe traffic jams, extreme weather).

Strict Meeting & Lateness Policy As a join-in group tour, we strictly adhere to Japanese traffic and operational schedules. We must enforce a strict policy regarding punctuality.

Please arrive at the designated meeting point (in front of the Shinjuku LOVE Object) at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

The bus will depart strictly on time and will not wait for latecomers. If you fail to board the bus due to personal reasons (e.g., getting lost, train delays, or oversleeping), it will be deemed a "No-Show" and an automatic cancellation. No refunds or rescheduling will be granted under any circumstances.

Traffic & Weather Disclaimers (Force Majeure)

Traffic & Itinerary Adjustments: The advertised "3-hour stay at Gotemba" is an estimated duration based on smooth traffic conditions on regular weekdays. During Japanese winter weekends, Year-End/New Year holidays, and consecutive public holidays, severe traffic congestion on the highways is highly likely. To ensure all passengers return safely to Tokyo within the driver's legal working hours, the tour guide reserves the right to flexibly shorten the stay at Gotemba (potentially to around 2 hours) or adjust the sequence of attractions based on actual traffic conditions. This is considered a reasonable adjustment due to force majeure; no complaints or refund requests regarding this matter will be accepted.

Weather & Snow Resort Conditions: Yeti Snow Resort is equipped with an advanced artificial snowmaking system. If there is a lack of natural snow due to warmer temperatures, the tour will proceed to the artificial snow area as planned; this is not a valid reason for cancellation or refunds. In the rare event that a severe blizzard forces the closure of the resort or roads, we will discuss alternative attractions with you or issue a partial refund.

Facility Rules & Cultural Restrictions

Strict Hot Spring Regulations (No Tattoos): According to Japanese bathing etiquette and the strict regulations of the "Konohana no Yu" facility, guests with tattoos of any size (including temporary tattoo stickers) are strictly prohibited from entering the baths. If you conceal a tattoo and are asked to leave by the staff, your admission fee will not be refunded, and our company will bear no responsibility. Guests who have consumed alcohol or suffer from severe heart disease/high blood pressure should also refrain from bathing.

Snow Resort Safety: The approximately 2-hour stay at the snow resort is primarily designed for snow sledding and basic snow play. If you plan to ski or snowboard, please independently evaluate whether the time is sufficient and pay strict attention to your personal safety. We strongly recommend wearing your own waterproof, slip-resistant shoes and warm gloves.

Luggage & Special Passenger Policy

Luggage Limit: Each passenger is strictly limited to ringing ONE piece of luggage up to 28 inches. You must state this in the "Remarks" section when booking. If you fail to inform us in advance and the bus luggage compartment is full, the tour guide reserves the right to refuse your boarding.

Children & Infants Policy: Children aged 3 and above are charged at the standard adult rate and will be provided a dedicated bus seat. Infants aged 2 and under may join the tour free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat (they must sit on an adult's lap). If a dedicated bus seat is required for an infant, please book them at the standard adult rate. Each adult may bring a maximum of one lap infant free of charge.

Tour Operation & Schedule

• Strict adherence to meeting time is important. -Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• Please note that if you arrive late to the meeting point, we are unable to allow you to join the tour midway due to logistical reasons.

• The bus will depart at the scheduled time at the discretion of our staff. We cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.

  Schedule/Itinerary Changes The scheduled times and itinerary details are subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

  Delays and Compensation In the unlikely event that the tour is significantly delayed, and you incur expenses such as a taxi fare or accommodation, we regret that our company cannot accept any claim for compensation. We strongly recommend leaving ample time for connections after the tour.

  Vehicle Type Depending on the final number of participants, the tour may use a medium-sized or small bus instead of a large one.

Tour Cancellation

• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, major accidents), the tour may be cancelled without prior notice. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Special Requests & Health issues Allergies and Dietary Needs:

• If you have food allergies or other dietary restrictions, please inform the person in charge when making your initial booking.
• While we will attempt to make arrangements to remove the corresponding ingredients where possible, we cannot guarantee full accommodation or avoidance of contamination, especially at non-designated restaurants or local eateries. We appreciate your understanding. Other Special Needs:
• If you require special assistance or arrangements (e.g., wheelchair access, assistance with small children), please inform us when booking.

• We will accommodate your request to the best of our ability. However, please note that some services may incur an additional charge. Refusal of Service/Requests: We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests for seating, hotel rooms (if applicable to the tour), or specific allergy arrangements. If we cannot meet a request, we will inform you in advance.

  Onboard Rules & Etiquette

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bus.

• Please be mindful of the person behind you when you recline your seat. For safety reasons, the guide may advise against using the recliner on certain routes.
• When leaving the bus, even temporarily, please return your seat to the upright position.

Luggage and Facilities:

• The bus is not equipped with a restroom. The bus will make scheduled stops for bathroom breaks.
• Please limit your luggage to items that can be safely stored in the overhead bin or under your seat. If you need to store large luggage on the bus during the tour, please notify us in advance. Please note that some small vans cannot accommodate a lot of luggage.

Assigned Seating:

• Bus seats will be assigned by the company. While we understand seating preferences, specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed.
• In emergency situations, our tour conductor may sit in an otherwise empty seat next to you.
• Bringing pets of any kind is not permitted on the tour. (Excluding certified service animals, with prior notice.)

Miscellaneous

• Please be aware that no refunds or corresponding compensation can be provided for any complimentary benefits (e.g., entrance tickets, coupons) that you choose not to use.
• In accordance with Japan's "Work Style Reform Law," the conductor's working hours are legally restricted. Therefore, meal times during the itinerary will be designated as the tour conductor's rest period.
• During designated free time, you are generally expected to enjoy the activities on your own without a guide.
• Lost and found items will be held for two weeks after the tour ends. When contacting us about them, it will be helpful to tell us your seating position during the tour.
• Perishable items (e.g., food) or items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please check carefully before leaving the bus.
