- Please note that specific seat locations or seat numbers cannot be chosen.
- Spectators in wheelchairs are not permitted.
- If you would like to be seated together as a group, please make a request when booking. While staff will do their best to accommodate seating requests, please note that some requests may not be possible.

- Please store your luggage in advance at another location (e.g., coin lockers) or at your accommodation.
- Please allow plenty of time for your journey as there may be traffic congestion and restrictions on the day.
- Lost admission tickets or exchange tickets will not be accepted. Re-issuance of tickets is not possible.
- Spectators are not allowed to watch the matches from seats other than their assigned ones.
- Please set your cell phone to silent mode and refrain from talking on it while in the audience.
- Please avoid obstructing the view of others when displaying cheering banners or towels.
