- Tickets can be purchased from the ticket offices at Hiroshima Port,Matsuyama Kanko Port, and Kyre Port. Payments in cash (Japanese yen) and credit cards are accepted.

- Each ticket must be purchased as a one-way ticket. Round trip tickets are not sold. If the boarding section is "Hiroshima - Kure", the discount will not be applied.
Onboard Boats
- All seats onboard boats are non-reserved.
- Second floor "Super seats" on the Super Jet cost an additional 800 yen each day.
