Service Overview
- Delivery Time: Luggage sent from your hotel will arrive at your next hotel the following day (e.g., Tokyo to Osaka).
- Price: ¥6,000 per suitcase.
- Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made by the 20th of the month for your desired delivery date.
If you have two and more shipping luggage, please add the "Add-on Fee", 4,500 yen. You don't need to plus 6,000 yen. *NOT AVAILABLE FOR SNOWBOARDS/SKIS PLAN

★How It Works
- Reservation is made online.
- Receive the voucher and final information.
- Upon check-in at the pick-up hotel, receive a suitcase cover from the hotel front desk.
- Until checking out of that hotel, leave the luggage with the front desk in the suitcase cover.
- Receive the luggage at the destination hotel the next day or the day after. *Depending on the congestion, your luggage may arrive two days after it is sent.

Important Notes

- Please keep your valuables with you.
- Please make sure to gather your luggage in the hotel lobby before the pickup time.
- Cancellation/refunds are not possible after the pickup time.
- Please note that we cannot guarantee compensation for any damage that may occur during delivery.
- Please do not lose the voucher as there will be no replacement for it.
- Suitcases without the waybill will not be delivered.
- H.I.S. will not bear the consequences for suitcases left at the hotel without the waybill.
- This offer is not available to guests staying in hotels without a reception, AirBnB or apartment hotels.
Required Reservation Information:
- Name, address, and reservation number of the hotel where the luggage will be picked up.
- Name, address, and reservation number of the hotel where the luggage will be delivered.
- Desired pick-up date and time.
- Customer's contact information.
- Protective Bag Requirement:
- Luggage must be placed inside the provided protective bag. Any damage to luggage not properly bagged will not be covered by insurance.
- Damage Reporting:
- If you notice any damage upon delivery, please report it immediately. Failure to do so may result in the loss of compensation eligibility.
- Prohibited Items:
- Live animals, including pets, cannot be transported.

①A special protective plastic bag will be sent to your hotel by our delivery service one day before the service date.
②Upon receiving the bag from the hotel staff, you will need to place your suitcase inside the bag.
③On the morning of the service date, hand over the bagged suitcase to the hotel staff for collection.
The reservation date is the shipping request date. The delivery will be made the following day. Depending on the congestion, your luggage may arrive two days after it is sent. Please keep your valuables with you.
*We may not be able to offer next-day delivery or delivery at all on public holidays or during consecutive holiday periods. Please take special note of the following periods. (May 1st to May 7th, August 10th to August 17th, September 13th to September 16th, September 20th to September 24th, November 22nd to November 25th, December 26th to January 3rd of the following year)
