이 투어는 프라이빗 투어가 아닙니다. 다른 게스트와 함께 투어를 즐기는 투어입니다. 예약일 7일 전까지 최소인원(15명)이 충족되지 않을 경우 투어가 취소될 수 있습니다. 점심 및 기타 간식은 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 하지만 고템바 프레미엄 아웃렛에서 자유 시간을 가지고 쇼핑을 즐기실 수 있습니다.

평년 개화 시기를 기준으로 일정이 정해졌으나, 기상 조건에 따라 개화 시기가 달라질 수 있습니다. 개화 시기와 관계없이 인원이 채워지면 투어가 진행됩니다.

• In case of traffic congestion or other uncontrollable reasons, please note that the schedule may be changed or time shortened at any of the sightseeing spots. We suggest that you do not make any plans for the evening (e.g. dinner reservations or flights).
• As it may be cold in the mountains, please bring warm clothes.
• If the arrival time to Tokyo is delayed due to traffic or other reasons, we will not be responsible for taxi fares, overnight accommodations or other expenses.
• Because it is a group trip, the car model will depend on the number of people on the day, within 9 people will use a small car, will be led by the driver to tour.
• Minibuses will be arranged for 20 people, and large buses will be used for the rest. In order to ensure that you and other members of the group travel smoothly, please be sure to confirm the address and time of the meeting point before traveling, to avoid late delay in the morning.
• Please be aware that there are no refunds if you are unable to join the tour due to late arrival!
• Due to the long duration of the day trip, the day will be affected by traffic and weather, please be sure not to schedule important evening trips, such as evening flights, Shinkansen, night buses, fine French cuisine, performances and recitals. Please understand that this side will not be responsible for any delay and compensation in case of late arrival.
• As the day tour is a carpooling trip; please do not be late at the meeting place or attractions, no refunds will be given.
• Regular package, each person can carry a maximum of one piece of luggage free of charge, please make a note of “special needs” when placing an order!
• If you don't inform us one day in advance, if you bring your luggage temporarily, the guide has the right to refuse the guests to get on the bus because it will lead to congestion and affect the safety of the bus, and the cost will not be refunded, sorry.
• Regular package, we will arrange different models according to the actual number of travelers. Can not specify the car, please note.
• In the event of bad weather and other force majeure factors, the park may be delayed without prior notice to change the operation time of the rides or show time, and may even cancel part of the project operation and performance.
• This product may be adjusted according to the weather and other factors, for your safety, the staff has the right to request guests to suspend outdoor activities, and communicate with you, and make other arrangements, specific to the actual situation on the day shall prevail.
• The transportation, sightseeing and stay time involved in the itinerary shall be subject to the actual situation on the day.
• In the event of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather, etc.), the tour guide may, depending on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests, reasonably adjust the order of sightseeing in the itinerary or deletion of attractions.

• If you do not receive the official notice to cancel the activities, we will arrange according to the original plan, such as flower or special activities can not meet the expectations, can not be refunded. Please be informed. We will try our best to arrange the seating demand, but since this trip is a carpooling tour, the seating allocation mainly follows the principle of first-come-first-served.
