• This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).
• This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
• Please note that, as a general rule, odd-numbered groups will have to share seats on the bus.
• Stay time may be shortened due to traffic conditions, etc.
• The number of fireworks to be launched will not be disclosed.
• Shows and events at Wakayama Marina City may be changed without notice or may be canceled due to inclement weather. No refunds will be given in such cases.
• The content of the event is currently being adjusted and may be subject to change.
• The return time may be late at night depending on the congestion and traffic conditions on the day. If you are unable to connect to the final public transportation, transportation costs such as taxi fares will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
• Stay time may be shortened due to traffic congestion, etc.

• Please note that expenses incurred during free time (admission to Porto Europa and attractions) are to be borne by the individual.
• If fruit picking is not possible due to weather or crop conditions, you will only be able to take home the fruit that has been harvested in advance (there will be no refunds for the trip).
• In July you will be able to pick peaches, and in August and September you will have a double fruit picking experience of Kyoho grapes and pears.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

1. We ask for your cooperation in refraining from drinking alcohol on the bus.
2. To the members of the odd-numbered group: Please be informed that you may have to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
3. As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
4. Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.
5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour.
6. Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers.
7. If latecomers wish to rejoin the group again afterward, all transportation fees will be at the customer's own expense.
8. Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.
9. Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.
10. Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.
11. Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phones and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.
12. Talking on mobile phones and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
13. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
14. Arrival time at each sightseeing sport may differ depending on traffic conditions.
15. Use of drones for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
16. Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause trouble to other customers.
17. Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
18. After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.
19. Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
20. In regards to the fruit picking tour, please note that it is consumable only within the farm. Bringing it home in your own bag is strictly prohibited.
21. If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.
