【Cruise Operation】
- If the fireworks festival is cancelled, our cruise will also be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund for your ticket. We cannot postpone the cruise to a later date.
The cruise will operate even in light rain. Please come prepared with your own rain gear if rain is forecasted.
No Refunds for Personal Reasons: We do not offer refunds for cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., changes in travel plans, illness) after your booking is confirmed.
【Boarding and Access】 -Traffic: Expect significant traffic congestion and potential road closures around Kagoshima Port on the festival day. We highly recommend using public transportation and allowing ample travel time. 【Onboard Experience】
- While we position the cruise for optimal fireworks viewing, visibility may be affected by factors like weather conditions (e.g., fog) or other vessels. We appreciate your understanding.
- Food & Drinks: On the day of your cruise, a food truck will be on-site where you can purchase ¥700 worth of food. For any additional food or drinks, please plan to purchase them separately as needed.

- Check Weather: Kagoshima's weather can change! We recommend bringing a light jacket or cardigan, even in summer, as it can get breezy on the water.
- Arrive at the departure point at least 20-30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The cruise will depart on time, and we cannot wait for late arrivals.
