- This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
- If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (14) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be canceled.
- Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
- Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus
- The order of the itinerary may be partially changed.
- The monkeys at Jigokudani Monkey Park are wild animals. They may not be visible due to weather, season, or monkey behavior.
- While the monkeys entering the hot springs is part of their lifestyle, they do not necessarily enter the water at all times.
- It takes approximately 40 minutes to walk to Jigokudani Monkey Park. Please wear comfortable shoes. (Due to deep snow in the area, wearing rubber boots or boots is recommended.)
- If the Suwa Lake cruise is canceled, alternative sightseeing locations will be provided, and a partial refund for the cruise fare will be issued.
- Depending on weather conditions, snow scenery may not be viewable at each sightseeing location.

- Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the bus is in motion due to legal regulations.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
- Please refrain from standing up while the bus is in motion.
- If you accidentally leave any belongings on the bus, please be aware that they will be disposed of.
