This Meet & Greet service provides professional support for your customers arriving at Narita or Haneda Airport. Our staff will welcome guests at the arrival lobby, assist with navigation to their next mode of transportation, and help with travel needs such as Wi-Fi rental or ticket purchases. The service is available for up to 2 hours and does not include vehicle transportation. Additional support, such as multilingual assistance or extended service time, is available for an extra fee.

Service Details
- Escort through the airport to your next mode of transportation (train, taxi, or limousine bus)
- Assistance with additional travel needs, such as Wi-Fi rental or ticket purchases.
- Personalized meet board for easy identification
- Up to 2 hours of service at the airport *If you require additional time, an extension can be arranged in advance for an extra fee.
- The plan rate is for one assistant. One assistant can guide up to 10 guests at a time.

- Meet and Greet Upon arrival, a professional assistant will be waiting at the designated meeting point in the airport, holding a personalized name board for easy identification.
- Support Services Based on the traveler’s needs, assistance is provided for tasks such as purchasing tickets for transportation, arranging vehicle transfers, currency exchange, Wi-Fi rental, or check-in procedures within the airport.
- Send-Off After completing all necessary guidance and arrangements, the traveler is escorted to the designated send-off point.

予約前の確認事項
Please book for a day of your arrival in Japan.
- Guides will assist customers from the meeting point to the next mode of transportation, but will not board the transport or accompany them to the final destination.
- The guide will assist with how to purchase tickets and provide support at necessary stops, but will not make payments on behalf of customers. Please ensure that you make all required payments yourself when purchasing.
- The service is available for up to 2 hours. If additional time is required, please add "Additional time fee" option in advance.
An extended service fee of ¥3,500 per hour will apply.
- This service is available for flights arriving during the following airport operating hours: Narita Airport : 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM Haneda Airport: 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Assistance is provided within the same terminal. If you need to transfer between terminals, please select the "Terminal Transfer" plan for a smooth experience. The service concludes after providing the necessary support at the designated point and does not include accompaniment to your final destination
- Please inform us in advance if there are any special requirements, such as large luggage, wheelchair assistance, specific needs, or if there are any places you wish to visit during the service. Additionally, providing details of your destination (such as station name, address, or hotel name and address) at the time of booking will help ensure a smooth and efficient service.
