Even before we start hiking, you’ll be greeted by dramatic, towering cliffs overlooking the vast East China Sea. Part of the Saikai National Park, this unique volcanic terrain creates a landscape so breathtaking it will make you want to shout in awe! After a quick warm-up stretch, we're off!
Osezaki Cliffs - Saikai National Park
Designated as part of the Saikai National Park, the cliffs of Osezaki are a geological marvel. Stretching for 20 kilometers along the island's westernmost edge, these massive sea-eroded cliffs plunge up to 160 meters straight into the deep blue East China Sea. Standing at the viewpoint, the sheer scale of the landscape and the endless horizon of the ocean create a breathtaking panorama that leaves visitors in absolute awe.
