Capybara open-air baths will be held from November to March the following year. During this period, the type of bath will change on a daily basis. Please note that the type of bath may not be yuzu.
・There is a fee for the treat-feeding experience. ・Some of the animal feeding experiences may be limited in terms of the number of participants. ・Contents are subject to change or cancellation due to the animals' health conditions. ・Please do not give the animals sweets or other food as they may have stomach problems.
Animal Boat Tours Animal Boat Tours in the zoo are available on a first-come, first-served basis, at any time at the boat boarding reception booth, no boarding for children under 2 years old. Reception hours vary according to season and are extended during peak season. Please arrive early as crowds are expected. For ages 3 and over (charges apply). Children under 2 years, pregnant women and those under the influence of alcohol are not permitted on board. Children under primary school age, elderly and disabled persons must wear a life jacket. Tours are subject to change or cancellation due to animal health or weather conditions. Pets are not allowed on board.
Mt. Omuro In stormy weather or strong winds, the lifts are closed for safety reasons. The lifts are also closed twice a year in June and December for routine maintenance checks. Even when the lift is in operation, you may be asked to dismount immediately due to lightning or gusty winds. Strong winds and lightning are particularly dangerous. For your safety, you will be asked to dismount immediately. Please note that lift charges will not be refunded in such cases. The “Yamayaki(mountain burning)” takes place on the second Sunday of every year on 2 February. The mountains may not be green for several months afterwards The lift is for two persons. However, up to pre-school children can travel with 3 passengers. Babies are not included in the number of passengers. Babies are allowed. Babies should be carried securely by an adult or in a baby carrier. Please note that the summit walkway is steep and for safety reasons, prams are not permitted.
・The company accepts no liability in the event of accidents, etc., unless they are caused by the company. ・In the event of lightning, gusts of wind, strong winds or earthquakes (Large-Scale Earthquake Countermeasures Act), you may be asked to dismount immediately. ・*Fares are not refundable once tickets have been issued. However, this does not apply if the lift is stopped due to factors attributable to the Company. ・If the facility in question is damaged or malfunctions due to deliberate shaking of the conveyor (lift), the customer may be liable to pay compensation for damages. ・The company cannot be held responsible for injuries to pets, pets injuring each other or other guests. Please try to resolve the matter with the parties concerned.
Tour Operation & Schedule
The bus will depart at the scheduled time at the discretion of our staff. We cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the departure, the tour fee will not be refunded.

Delays and Compensation In the unlikely event that the tour is significantly delayed, and you incur expenses such as a taxi fare or accommodation, we regret that our company cannot accept any claim for compensation. We strongly recommend leaving ample time for connections after the tour.
Vehicle Type Depending on the final number of participants, the tour may use a medium-sized or small bus instead of a large one.
