Service Overview Your journey begins the moment you arrive at Kagoshima Airport. Forget the complexity of public transportation; a well-maintained private vehicle and a friendly driver will be waiting for you. 【Route】 Kagoshima Airport ↔ Kagoshima City (Hotels, Tenmonkan, Kagoshima-Chuo Station, or any preferred location). 【Duration】 Approximately 40–50 minutes (Subject to traffic conditions).
How to Book & Use Request a Booking: Please provide your date of travel, flight number, number of passengers, luggage count, and destination (hotel name). Booking Confirmation: After verification, we will assign a vehicle and send you a confirmation message. Driver Meeting: Meet your driver holding a personalized name sign at the airport arrival gate (or hotel lobby). Transfer: Sit back and relax as we take you safely and comfortably to your destination.

予約前の確認事項
-Please enter the name of your hotel in "Additional Request" -The driver is Japanese only. It is possible to communicate using a translator. -The driver will arrive on time and wait for you up to 90 minutes. -If you did not show up after 90 minutes from the pick-up time without any contact, it will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be provided. -The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to your designated time, If you arrive 30 minutes earlier than the designated time, please wait for the driver. -The booking is for a one-way transfer only, between Airport and city center. -This is not private tour, you will share with other guest. -This tour will have a maximum of 7 travelers. Luggage capacity: 6-7 pieces of 24 luggage(small size) or 5-6 pieces of 28 luggage(big size) -The minimum number of participants is 2 travelers. Baggage capacity: 2-3 pieces of 24 luggage(small size) or 2 pieces of 28 luggage(big size) -Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party and luggage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver will do reject the booking and will be no refund.

Our Requests for Guests 1.Please kindly take all the garbage with you in the vehicle to prevent the infection of the driver and guide. 2.Please arrive at the meeting spot in time. 3.Please notice that might be crowded in sightseeing spots during weekends, holidays and events. 4.In case of traffic congestion or any other uncontrollable reasons, please note that changes of schedule or time shortened in each of sightseeing spots. 5.No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time. 6.We will full refund in case the tour is cancelled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters. 7.As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the vehicle. 8.No smoking inside the vehicle. 9.Please do not stand up or walk while the vehicle is running. 10.All items left in the vehicle will be disposed by our company. 11.Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
