-The driver will arrive on time and wait for you up to 90 minutes. -If you did not show up after 90 minutes from the pick-up time without any contact, it will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be provided. -The driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes prior to your designated time, If you arrive 30 minutes earlier than the designated time, please wait for the driver. -The driver's contact information will be provided one day before departure date. -The local operator and driver will contact you in advance - please provide us a valid contact number. -The booking is for a one-way transfer only, between Airport and city center. If you need round trip transfers, please make a separate booking. -Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party and lugguage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver will do reject the booking and will be no refund.

Our Countermeasures Against the spread of COVID-19

We are thoroughly taking countermeasures against the coronavirus under the below.

1. Before starting the tour, we will disinfect the inside of the vehicle.
2. Driver and guide are encouraged to wash their hands, gargle, and thoroughly manage their physical condition.
3. Driver and guide wear a mask during the tour.
4. We frequently ventilate in the vehicle.

Our Requests for our Guests

1. To prevent infectious diseases, some facilities cannot be entered without wearing a mask. Please wear a mask in advance and participate in the tour.
2. Please wear a mask and refraing from eating, drinking and talking in a loud voice in the vehicle.
3. We will always replace the air in the vehicle during tour.
4. Please kindly take all the garbage with you in the vehicle to prevent the infection of the driver and guide.
5. Please arrive at the meeting spot in time.
6. Please notice that might be crowded in sightseeing spots during weekends, holidays and events.
7. In case of traffic congestion or any other uncontrollable reasons, please note that changes of schedule or time shortened in each of sightseeing spots.
8. No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time.
9. We will full refund in case the tour is cancelled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters.
10. As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
11. No smoking inside the vehicle.
12. Please do not stand up or walk while the vihicle is running.
13. All items left in the vihicle will be disposed by our company.
14. Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
