-The driver will arrive on time and wait for you up to 90 minutes. -If you did not show up after 90 minutes from the pick-up time without any contact, it will be considered as cancellation and no refund will be provided. -The driver will arrive at the airport 15 minutes prior to your designated time, If you arrive 15 minutes earlier than the designated time, please wait for the driver. -The booking is for a one-way transfer only, between Airport and city center. If you need round trip transfers, please make a separate booking. -Please note: You must book enough cars for your traveling party and lugguage. If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the maximum capacity of the vehicle, the driver will do reject the booking and will be no refund.

Our Requests for our Guests 1. Please kindly take all the garbage with you in the vehicle to prevent the infection of the driver and guide. 1. Please notice that might be crowded in sightseeing spots during weekends, holidays and events. 1. In case of traffic congestion or any other uncontrollable reasons, please note that changes of schedule or time shortened in each of sightseeing spots. 1. No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time. 1. We will full refund in case the tour is cancelled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters. 1. As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus. 1. No smoking inside the vehicle. 1. Please do not stand up or walk while the vihicle is running. 1. All items left in the vihicle will be disposed by our company. 1. Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
