JR Yamazaki Station is located in 14 minutes from JR Kyoto Station by train and 27 minutes from JR Osaka Station by train. You may also easily access to the station from Oyamazaki Station by Hankyu line.

Customer Guidelines:

1. You will receive a final information email from KTIC titled:【Tour Date】- Booking Confirmation & Important Notice - HIS【Tour Reservation Number】. Please read it carefully and ask questions if necessary.
2. Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes prior to the departure time.
3. Please bring a passport or photo ID (no digital) for shopping. You may be asked to show.
4. IMPORTANT: The tour will depart according to the schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.
5. Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of congestion.
6. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
7. This tour may utilizes a shuttle bus, and there may be delays in arrival time due to traffic or other factors.
8. Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
9. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
10. In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
11. Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the shuttle bus is in motion due to legal regulations.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the shuttle bus.
13. Please refrain from standing up while the shuttle bus is in motion.
14. If you accidentally leave any belongings on the shuttle bus, please be aware that they will be disposed of.
15. Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
16. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you book. especially if the tour includes lunch.
