To start a day, experience Zazen meditation and listen to sermon at the oldest Zen Temple, Kenninji Temple or Shourinji Temple. Also enjoy free time by walking around the beautiful Japanese garden and take memorable photos.
To fulfill your gourmet needs, enjoy sake tasting experience and Kyoto cuisine lunch at Kyoto Sake Brewery Bettei. Try Bettei Gozen, which consist of 9 Kyoto obanzai and warm seasonal vegetables. All ingredients are carefully selected by the chef. Take time to enjoy a luxurious dining as earthenware pot rice cooked right in front of you. It literally shines like a jewel.
Along with the meal, try sake tasting of 15 local sake or 4 local beer or 4 non alcohol cocktail or all you can drink soft drink.
End the tour with having fun time making Matcha with Maiko. Enjoy Matcha with 2 Japanese sweets. Take photos with Maiko and receive lucky charm called Senjafuda.
