Itinerary
Day 1
- Arrive in Hokkaido and go to the designated hotel to check in and register for the conference. Hokkaido Marathon registration reception time: 13:00-20:00
Day 2
- Go to the designated location by yourself to complete the conference registration procedures and free sightseeing. You can go to the track to survey by yourself, or go to local supermarkets and stores to buy the supplies needed for the competition, or recharge your batteries to prepare for tomorrow's event. ※Hokkaido Marathon registration reception time: 10:00-20:00
Day 3
- Include: Breakfast

- After the game, you can go back to the hotel to rest or enjoy local food and sightseeing.

How to Use
- After the reservation is confirmed, we will email you the relevant vouchers & instructions at least 30 days before the departure date. Please follow the instructions, prepare the required documents & certificates, and go to the local hotel & marathon designated registration office to complete the procedures by yourself.

- Due to the registration procedure, if the trip is canceled due to personal reasons after June 17th after the group is formed, the marathon entry fee (22,000 yen) will not be refunded.
- Contestants must provide information when registering (will be contacted by MAIL in late May for confirmation): Name, passport name, nationality, name of emergency contact person other than yourself, emergency contact phone number, size of commemorative shirt (XS~2XL), participant consent matters and other information required by the organizer
- Voucher issuance: Itinerary-related vouchers and check-in instructions will be issued no later than 30 days before departure. Please follow the instructions to show your electronic voucher and required documents and certificates when checking in at the hotel or at the event site to facilitate confirmation by on-site staff.
- Please go to the designated location to complete the registration procedures within the designated time of the conference. If you are unable to participate due to failure to complete the registration procedures within the specified time, we will not be held responsible and will not provide compensation or refunds.
