【Team Labo Safety rule】 Children ages 12 and below must be accompanied by a guardian 20 years old and above to enter the museum. One guardian can accompany up to three children. (guardians must purchase tickets)

Since this is an interactive museum, please note that you may experience difficulties moving with the art if you are pregnant, carrying a child, using a wheelchair or cane, or unable to walk without assistance.

At the Exercise Forest, please wear shoes that are slip-resistant and can allow you to walk comfortably. Avoid wearing high heels, sandals, clogs, etc. that are unsuitable for uneven surfaces.

Some exhibits may be temporarily closed for maintenance.

1. Depending on the number of participants, it may be a medium-sized bus or a small-sized bus.
2. If the minimum number of participants is not reached 3 days before the departure date, we will cancel the tour and issue a full refund.
3. Please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
4. Schedule stops and timing are subject to change with or without notice. In case of traffic congestion or any other reasons that affect the tour schedule, the staying time at each sightseeing spot will be shortened and arrival time will be delayed.
5. The bus is not provided with a toilet onboard.
6. After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.
7. Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
