• This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
• If minimum number of participants of 10 is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date may be cancelled.
• Bringing large luggage on the tour is not allowed.
• For the picnic bento lunch, it includes rice, fried food, Japanese-style rolled omelet, black beans, and one piece of Kakinohazushi (Nara local cuisine, sushi wrapped in persimmon leaves), and one bottle of Green tea. (The contents of the product may change depending on the season and availability.)
• Please note that obento ingredient cannnot be change. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please choose the No Lunch plan and prepare your own.

Customer Guidelines:

1. Please arrive at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
2. IMPORTANT: The bus will depart according to the schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.
3. Please be aware that weekends, holidays, and event days may experience high levels of traffic.
4. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice.
5. This tour generally utilizes a bus, and there may be delays in arrival time due to traffic or other factors.
6. Due to traffic or other reasons, the duration of visits at each destination may be shortened, and arrival times may be delayed.
7. Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
8. This tour may include the usage of either of a bus or a train, or a combination of both.
9. The departure time that mentioned in the itinerary is subject to change.

16. If you accidentally leave any belongings on the bus, please be aware that they will be disposed.
