The Moerenuma Artistic Fireworks is a major summer event held in Sapporo City, Hokkaido Prefecture. This particular fireworks display is known for being designed by pyrotechnicians who have received awards from the Prime Minister.
Comprised mainly of “art ball” fireworks, the explosions are synchronized to the rhythm and melody of music, creating a spectacular show for both the eyes and ears.
The display is produced in harmony with the location of the venue and the characteristics of the region in order to enhance the performance, and advanced technology is used to turn traditional fireworks into works of art.
