Escape the modernity of Tokyo with a day trip to traditional Japan! Join us on a journey to experience the stunning ambiance of Kawagoe, a beautiful town that preserves the romantic essence of the Edo period!
Meet your friendly guide at Seibu-Shinjuku Station and ride the train together to Kawagoe. First, head directly to one of the city's wonders, Kita-in Temple, a temple rich with history that will take you back in time.
Next, you'll get to visit Taisho Roman Street! This charming street offers a glimpse into Japan during the 1910s and 1920s, with many buildings that are over 100 years old.
After that, you'll arrive at Ichiban-gai, a beautifully preserved street of warehouses that dates back to the Edo Period.
Here, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Toki no Kane tower bell, which is the symbol of the city. Try one or more of the typical Kawagoe-style snacks along the way! The tour ends at Kashiya Yokocho, the alley where all the confectionery shops are located.
You can make your trip even more special by renting a kimono or taking a rickshaw ride at the end of the tour!

- Make sure to arrive at the meeting spot on time. Shinjuku can be quite crowded in the morning, so it's a good idea to plan ahead.
- Please wear comfortable shoes as you will walk a few kilometers/miles.

- Please note that the itinerary is subject to changes.
- No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time unless the tour is cancelled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters.
- If you choose the Kimono Rental option, please return the Kimono to the rental shop within the shop's working hours. You will receive details directly at the shop.
- The guide will be with you until 12:30. After that, you will be free to enjoy sightseeing at your leisure, including any optional activities that may be available, and you will be provided a return train ticket to Tokyo.
