Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions

• The tour may be canceled in case Ghibli Park is closed due to the weather (typhoon, etc.) or other reasons. For information on Ghibli Park closed days, please check the Ghibli Park official website.
• If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 14 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
• The last reception day (reservation deadline) is 7 days prior to the tour.
• When booking, please reserve using your name as written on your passport. Passports will be checked when entering Ghibli Park, so please be sure to bring it with you.
• For requests regarding tours where answers from the tour operator are required in advance, please input in the Remarks field and contact the tour operator.
• Facilities and exhibits at Ghibli Park may become unavailable for viewing without prior notice due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other reasons.

• Transportation expenses are not included. Customers are to make their own way to Ghibli Park.
• This tour includes a Ghibli Park O-Sanpo Day Pass Premium. The pass allows entry to all 5 areas: Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Hill of Youth, Dondoko Forest, Mononoke Village, and Valley of Witches; as well as the following buildings: World Emporium (Hill of Youth), Satsuki and Mei's House (Dondoko Forest), The Okino Residence, Howl's Castle, and The House of Witches (Valley of Witches). A designated entry time applies only for Ghibli's Grand Warehouse.

• Entry to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse in Ghibli Park is at a specified date and time (10:00-10:59 on Day 2 of the tour). Please give yourself plenty of time to reach the park as entry will not be allowed for those who arrive past the specified time. Customers are required to show the voucher sent in advance and their passport to enter. Please be careful as entry will not be allowed for those who forget to bring their voucher and passport. Reception will be per group. Please be sure to have all group members together before entering as individual entry is not permitted. Entry with a copied voucher is not allowed.

• About Wristbands: At the area that customers will be visiting first, tickets will be checked and wristbands will be provided. Please show your wristband to the staff member at the entrance to subsequent areas. For Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, as a designated entry time applies, please show the ticket once again instead of the wristband. Entry to the first area that customers will visit and Ghibli's Grand Warehouse requires the representative (person who made the booking) and all members of the group to enter together. Other areas can be entered by individually presenting the wristbands. Re-entry is allowed for all areas except Ghibli's Grand Warehouse. Wristbands can be picked up until 12:00 on the day.

• While areas without a designated entry time may be entered at visitors' preferred time, visitors may have to queue if there is a waiting line.
• In case of congestion or other reason, entry may be restricted in some areas.
• Separate fees are required for some experience facilities and play equipment.
• In case of inclement weather, some facilities may not be available for use.
• Some facilities are limited to children 12 years of age and younger.

• About Luggage: Large luggage such as carry-on suitcases cannot be brought into the area. Please use the coin lockers inside the Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park (North Gate Information Center, Global Center, and West Gate Information Center and Lounge). As numbers are limited, keeping your belongings to a minimum as much as possible when visiting is recommended.

• Nearest Station to Ghibli Park: Ai-Chikyuhaku Kinen Koen Station is the nearest station to Ghibli Park. It takes approx. 15 minutes on foot from Ai-Chikyuhaku Kinen Koen Station to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse.
