- Please note that the cruise cannot wait for late passengers.
- One preschooler per adult is free of charge; fees apply starting from the second child
- Pets are not allowed on board unless they are in cages or carriers (with the exception of guide dogs).
If we need to cancel the cruise due to weather conditions, we will typically reschedule to another date. For cancellations made by customers, the following fees will apply:
- After deposit - 4 days before: 1,000 yen
- 3 days - 2 days before: 50% of the fee
- 1 day - the day of cruise: 100% of the fee
- You may change the date only once, up to one week in advance. A fee equivalent to the cancellation fee will be charged for any subsequent changes.
- Please be aware that we cannot refund any fees if you miss the departure due to delays in transportation, road restrictions, or traffic congestion.
- We are unable to provide information regarding traffic conditions on the day of boarding.
- The end time of the cruise may be delayed.
- Cruises typically operate in the rain but may be canceled in the event of a typhoon or strong winds. In case of cancellation, we will notify you around noon on the day of the cruise.
- Please be aware that cruises may be subject to filming and interviews by TV or magazine companies. Contact us on the day of boarding to check if any filming is scheduled.
