- Capacity for boarding depends on the boat being used.
- The order of boarding is the arrival order on that day.
- Even in case of rain, we basically operate.
- You cannot get on board with your pets that are not in cages or carriers. (Except guide-dog)
- If we cancel the cruise due to the weather etc., generally we will transfer the reservation to another date.
- We cannot refund any fees, even if you are unable to meet the departure time due to delay in transportation, traffic restriction on the surrounding roads or congestion.
- In case of cancellation due to customer's convenience, please be sure to contact us.
- Please be forewarned that cruises may be subject to interviews and shooting by TV / magazine companies. Please contact us whether shooting is scheduled or not on the boarding date.
- We are not able to provide any information regarding the traffic conditions on the day of boarding.
- Depending on weather and sea conditions, there may be cases that the cruise goes only inside of the bay (not go through the Bay Bridge).

By Car:
- Take the Kanagawa Route No.1 Yokohane Line (K1) toward Yokohama, and exit at "Minato Mirai" or "Yokohama Park."
- Alternatively, take the Bay Shore Route (B) over the Yokohama Bay Bridge and exit at "Minato Mirai."
By Train:
- Approximately a 15-minute walk from JR/Subway "Sakuragicho" Station.
- About a 10-minute walk from the Minatomirai Line "Bashamichi" or "Nihon Odori" Stations, or a 12-minute walk from "Minato Mirai" Station.
