This tour is confirmed to run on all scheduled dates. It is guaranteed to run for even one person. *We will send you the meeting place by e-mail when the event date is near.

Height and weight of all participants are required information at the time of reservation, as dry suits are worn. The tours are offered during the stable period of drift ice from February to March. However, depending on the conditions and movements of drift ice, and weather conditions, the tours may be cancelled or offered only "near shore" tours. Tour fee includes accidentequipment rental (dry suits and snowshoes), and tax. We recommend that you purchase your own disability insurance. Tours are by reservation only. Guests arriving by public transportation should be aware of the tour start time. Basically, morning tours are available only if you stay in Utoro (except for Eagle Liner).The end time may be delayed due to weather and other factors. Please allow plenty of time for your visit. Tours will be held even in the event of rain, so please bring rain gear (rain wear/ponchos). Please make sure to inform us in advance if you have any chronic illnesses, medical conditions or disabilities that require attention. Without prior notice, participants may be asked not to participate on the day of the event for safety reasons. Please refrain from participating in the tour if you are pregnant or have been drinking. Please follow the guide's instructions for your own safety during the tour. If the guide determines that participation in the tour is unsafe due to a guest's physical condition or clothing on the day of the tour, the guide may ask the guest to refrain from participating in the tour. Tours may be changed or cancelled at the discretion of the guide due to weather, brown bear presence, road conditions, or the physical fitness of the guests. You are responsible for any breakage, damage or loss of your personal belongings during the tour.

About Tour Period The ice will come during first week on FEB. The possibility that a tour is held by the end of January is very low. *About Ryuhyo(ICE) walk tour. Our dry suits is a product for people that more than our 130 centimeters. So, we can't accept it who less than 130 cm join the Ice walking tour. We will check the kid's height before the tour. It’s become canceled if kid's height is smaller than 130 cm. And you need to pay for canceling.

1. The tour may be operated under special conditions or cancelled depending on drift ice proximity to the shore.
2. The dry suit is worn over participants' normal clothing and has attached boots. Long pants, a sweater, and fleece jacket are recommended. The dry suit cannot be worn with a skirt, coat or outer jacket. Clothing under the dry suit will stay dry, but the cuffs of clothing may get wet. Wearing a hat is recommended, but note that it may get wet.
3. Please refrain from consuming alcohol immediately before the tour, and refrain from consuming alcohol, eating or smoking during the tour.
4. Pregnant women may not join this tour.
5. Please refrain from using cell phones during the walk.
6. Accommodation for the night prior to this tour must be a hotel in the Utoro area. Participants will be picked up from their hotel 10 to 15 minutes prior to the tour.
