Operation Conditions/Tour Conditions

• Tour bookings may be made until departure on the day of the tour.
• If the minimum number of participants (1) is not met by 4 days before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled.
• For requests regarding tours where answers from the tour operator are required in advance, please input in the Remarks field and contact the tour operator.

Exemptions/Itinerary Guarantee: Itinerary/Destinations

• The departure and arrival times and time to be spent at destinations written on the itinerary are an estimate. The order of activities and arrival times may differ depending on road conditions and congestion at destinations.
• Due to weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible even from the base. However, the tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be given for this reason.
• Important Notes: On a typical year, the 5th Station may be visited from around late April to November, but during - the winter months (around December to early April), the Fuji Subaru Line will be closed due to snowfall, road surface freezing, etc.
• If the Fuji Subaru Line is closed, or if there is inclement weather and the company has determined that views may not be seen from Mt. Fuji 4th Station and 5th Station, the tour will be guided to any of the following alternative facilities.
• Alternative Facilities: Fujisan Museum, Lake Kawaguchi Oishi Park, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Oshino Hakkai
• If the Lake Ashi Cruise and Komagatake Ropeway are not operating due to weather conditions, or if stops cannot be made due to road conditions and congestion at sightseeing destinations, the tour will be guided to any of the following alternative facilities. The tour will not be canceled and refunds will not be issued for this reason.

• Alternative Facilities: Appare Sightseeing Boat on Lake Kawaguchi, Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Hakone Pirate Ship, Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, Hakone Ropeway, Hakone Jukkokutoge Panoramic Cable Car, Itchiku Kubota Art Museum, Fujiyama Museum, Narukawa Art Museum, Hakone-en Aquarium, Ninja Bus, Oshino Shinobi no Sato, Hakone Checkpoint, Odawara Castle, Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine, Higashiguchi Hongu Sengen Shrine, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Shrine, Hakone Sekisho Tabimonogatarikan (Shop), Owakudani

• Lunch & Performance Information (May 25 - June 20, 2026):

With Lunch Plan: Due to facility circumstances, there will be a change in the lunch venue and menu from May 25 (Mon.) to June 20 (Sat.), 2026. (Japanese-style meal or buffet; only tea will be served for drinks.) The Japanese drum performance will also be suspended during the respective period. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Meals

With Lunch Plan: When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals, Muslim-friendly meals, or Indian thali meals (please indicate even when there are no requests). Muslim-friendly Meals: A menu that does not use pork or alcohol will be provided. Please note that these are not halal certified. Indian Thali Meals: A vegetarian menu that does not use meat and fish will be served.

Allergy-friendly meals, gluten-free meals, etc. are not available. Furthermore, depending on the circumstances of the facility, the performance may be canceled without prior notice. No Lunch Plan: Midway, watch a Japanese drum performance by Social Welfare Corporation Fugakukai1 and enjoy one of Japan's traditional performing arts at the lunch break area. Please note that the tour may not be able to view the performance in case arrival is considerably delayed due to road conditions, or the tour is unable to reach the intended venue. Furthermore, depending on the circumstances of the facility, the performance may be canceled without prior notice. Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Audio Guide

GPS-enabled audio guides in Chinese, Spanish, Italian, Thai, French, and Indonesian may be used while on board a dedicated vehicle. Please indicate your preferred language in the free entry field at the time of reservation. Same-day requests are not accepted. There are a limited number of audio guides available, so it may not be possible to provide one for each participant. Also, no refunds will be issued even if the audio guide is unusable due to weak signal, device issues, Wi-Fi malfunction, etc. Furthermore, they may be unusable if there are changes to the itinerary.

Important Notes/Supplements: What to Wear/Bring

As there are locations to be visited on this tour such as Mt. Fuji 5th Station, etc. with lower temperatures compared to Tokyo, bringing warm clothing is recommended. (Reference: Even in the daytime, temperatures may drop to 14℃ in summer and -5℃ in winter.)

Important Notes/Supplements: Regarding Luggage on Shinkansen Return by Shinkansen Plan: It will not be possible to bring large luggage whose total height, width, and length exceeds 160 cm onto non-reserved cars of the Shinkansen. Customers with large luggage are advised to store them at their accommodation before participating in the tour.
