Sumo Morning Training Visit
A Unique Experience: Sumo Morning Training Tour in Tokyo! Sumo wrestling is Japan's highly popular national sport with a long tradition. In this activity participants get to see the training of active, professional wrestler, and get the chance to take a group picture with them in the end. Usually most people only get to see the athletes from far away during the tournaments. However, here they can be seen from up close! This makes a more in-depth experience possible, and should not be missed.
*All Sumo Stables are located in the Tokyo area.
*After a reservation is processed successfully, participants will wait a little. When the meeting place Address and time details are confirmed (2-3 days before participation day), a final voucher and a Rules for Sumo Morning Training Visit will all necessary information will be send.

Price for 1 Participant Normal Season : ¥ 13,000 Peak Season (April) : ¥ 16,000

Children up to 3 years old are free of charge; fees apply from 4 years old.
(Children themselves are not allowed to participate this plan.)
The pickup location for the shuttle option is limited to hotels within the 23 wards of Tokyo.
The Driver for the transfer option will be a Japanese-speaking driver.
Do not enter the Sumo Room without permission. There will be staff waiting for you outside the entrance, and give you proper instructions.
There will be a guide at the door to explain the training process but the actual training session will be done in Japanese.
The schedule is subject to change depending on Sumo wrestlers'fitness for practice. Please understand that there is a possibility that the Sumo wrestlers will leave midway, and in that situation there will be no photography allowed.
You may leave before the end of the tour, but you will be not able to take a photo at the end of tour.
Please show respect, and refraining from talking loudly and making noises. If you have any questions, please ask the staff quietly.
Please silence your phone, and no phone calls are allowed for the duration of the viewing.
No flash photography and ask for permission for video recording.
Please do not bring large baggage.
