Pickup & Return Guide
Hotel Pick-up You can pick up your pocket WiFi at check-in time in your hotel.
*Important Note: Hotel delivery is only available for hotels with a manned front desk that can receive and hold packages for guests prior to check-in. Deliveries cannot be made to Airbnbs, holiday rentals, or accommodations without staff to accept packages in advance.
When placing your order, please make sure to provide the exact hotel reservation name under the hotel information section. If the name on the package does not match the hotel reservation, the hotel may refuse to accept it.
Harajuku TIC Pick-up Pick-up is only possible during these business hours.

Airport Pick-up Airport pick-up is only available at the following Japan Post counters:
Narita Airport Terminal 1 (4F) Counter: Narita Post Office – Terminal 1 Branch Hours: 08:30–20:00 (open daily)
Narita Airport Terminal 2 (3F) Counter: Narita Post Office – Terminal 2 Branch Hours: 08:30–20:00 (open daily)
Haneda Airport Terminal 1 (1F) Counter: Haneda Airport Post Office Hours: 09:00–17:00 (weekdays only; closed on weekends and holidays)
How to Return At the end of your trip, use the prepaid envelope included with your order to return your Pocket WiFi. The envelope can be mailed from any Japanese postal box as well as airport postal box.
Important Notice for Airport Drop-Offs Post offices are available at some airports, but operating hours and post office locations vary depending on the terminal. Please make sure to check your return location in advance on the final day of your trip.
【IMPORTANT NOTICE】 Please make sure to return your Pocket WiFi before leaving Japan. A prepaid return envelope (Letter Pack) is included with your WiFi device.
Where You Can Return Your Envelope:
Posts If the envelope fits, simply drop it into any Japanese postal box, including those located at airports or on street corners, at any time.
Convenience Stores You can use the in-store post boxes available at convenience stores such as Lawson. (Please note that store counters do not offer packing space or address writing facilities, so please prepare your package in advance).
Post Office Counters You can hand it over directly at any post office counter. This is the most reliable method if your package is too thick to fit into a regular post box.
Late Return Fee: Late returns will incur a charge of 700 JPY per day.
Loss or Damage Fee: In case of loss or damage, you will be charged 40,000 JPY (waived if you select the Full Insurance plan).
