RESTRICTIONS

• Children are not allowed to use the facility alone. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 13 years old are not allowed to use the bedrock bath.
• Please refrain from mixed bathing for third graders and above.
• Elementary school children are not allowed to enter the facility alone.
• Those with tattoos, tattoo stickers, or those who are intoxicated are strictly prohibited from entering the facility.

OTHER INFO

• We may be closed several times a year for maintenance.
• Please do not use mobile phones in the changing rooms or bathrooms.
• Please refrain from bringing food and drink into the building, or bringing books, magazines, electronic devices, or anything other than washing products into the bathroom.
• We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in the parking lot or facility.
• Please take care of your personal possessions, and note that we are not responsible for any theft that may occur.
• This e-ticket is valid only on the specified date.
• Wheelchairs can be used outside the bathroom (until the dressing room).
• Please refrain from using baby strollers in the facility.

REQUIRED ITEMS TO BRING & ATTIRE Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided. Other bath products such as soap should be prepared by the customer or purchased.

REQUIREMENTS Please click the link in the voucher sent after the purchase to open the website page, press the “Use” button, and present the screen to the staff. Please make sure that your smartphone connects to the internet as you will need to launch the website from your smartphone. Please note that screenshots or printed-out tickets will not be acceptable.
