Mr. Yuzo Tsuchiya, a Japanese sake expert who is qualified as an international sake taster, visited sake breweries all over the country and carefully selected the best sake.
You can enjoy his 5 kinds of sake selected from 5 regions. In addition, culinary researcher Kuniko Kikuchi will prepare five dishes that bring out the flavor of these sakes.
