Applications for one person (sharing a room) are not accepted. ●Due to the system, even if it is a lottery, you must complete the credit card payment at the time of application. 　If you are unsuccessful even after completing the credit card payment, please rest assured that the payment will be cancelled. ●We will not accept any complaints or refunds regarding seats under any circumstances. ●Each person will be responsible for their own round-trip travel expenses to Japan and to the concert venue. ●If you wish to enter in a wheelchair, please let us know at the time of reservation. ●Reselling or transferring tickets is prohibited. We also take no responsibility for any problems that arise from resale. ● We may ask you to verify your identity, so please make sure to bring photo identification (passport) to prove you are the purchaser. ● If we are unable to verify your identity or if we discover that you have resold or transferred your ticket, you will be asked to leave. ● In such cases, we will not refund the ticket price or cover travel costs, etc.

■Requests for visitors When entering the venue, your belongings will be checked to check for prohibited items. Please refrain from gathering at the venue or in the vicinity from late at night. In order to prevent inconvenience to neighbors and to ensure the safety of our customers, staying up all night is strictly prohibited. Please refrain from waiting for the performers to enter or leave the venue. In order to reduce congestion, we may implement dispersed entry and regulated exit.

■Requests and prohibitions within the venue Recording, filming, and photography equipment and dangerous items cannot be brought into the venue. In addition, recording, filming, and photography with mobile phones and smartphones during the performance is strictly prohibited. If you are found to have brought in equipment or are recording, filming, or filming, you will be asked to erase the recordings and leave the venue. Please eat, drink, and smoke in designated areas within the venue. Due to venue regulations, there are some seats where you cannot watch the performance while standing. We ask for your understanding in advance. The following actions that cause inconvenience to other customers or disrupt the live performance are prohibited. 〇 Throwing gifts, penlights, or other objects towards the stage. 〇 Spreading out into the aisles or leaving your seat to watch. 〇 Rushing or climbing up on the stage. 〇 Extreme cheering behavior known as otagei, such as vigorously waving, spreading, or spinning both arms or turning your upper body away. 〇 Shouting calls that are unrelated to the lyrics during performance. 〇 Clap your hands or other clapping that disrupts the viewing of other customers (making loud noises especially when the song is quiet). 〇 Using modified penlights or light sticks (increasing the brightness, size, etc.). 〇 Spinning penlights or light sticks above your head at high speed. 〇 Other behavior that blocks the view of surrounding customers.

If any of these behaviors are confirmed, or if staff determine that you are causing a nuisance to other customers, staff may issue a stern warning or ask you to leave the venue. If you are asked to leave the venue, we will not refund any tickets, merchandise, travel expenses, etc.

■Other The opening and start times may change. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation and accommodation costs (including cancellation fees) due to the cancellation or postponement of the performance. The performance will be filmed and photographed, and may be released later as a video work. Your face and voice may be recorded, but all portrait rights will belong to the organizer as part of the performance content. By attending this performance, you agree to the use of your portrait rights. Please place fan letters in the letter box installed in the venue (it may not be installed after the performance). We will decline to accept gifts other than letters.
