The Experience
○ Product overview
• This is a rail pass that allows unlimited rides during the valid period in ordinary car reserved seats and non-reserved seats on subject trains, etc. within the free travel sections from Kansai Airport to the Kansai and San’in areas. ○ Subject trains, etc. (All of these can only be boarded within the free travel sections.)
• Sanyo Shinkansen (between Shin-Osaka and Okayama), JR Lines’ Limited Express trains, and ordinary trains (including Rapid and Special Rapid trains)
- The Tokaido Shinkansen cannot be used. (The Shinkansen between Shin-Osaka and Kyoto cannot be used.)
• Chizu Express, Kyoto Tango Railway, and West Japan JR Bus

- Voucher will be sent via email. Please present the voucher at the designated location and exchange it for a printed ticket.

【Eligibility for purchasing】
A rail pass user must be holding a passport issued by a foreign government.
A rail pass user must be entering in Japan as a "Temporary Visitor". "Temporary Visitor" is a status of residence defined under Japanese immigration law.
Individual customers are not allowed to purchase or exchange more than one of the same ticket for the same use period.
You must present your passport to receive a pass.

Important Booking Information
【Must Know】
Confirmation email will be sent to the appointed email address once the booking is made.
Please go to green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical ticket by scanning QR code of e-ticket and non-Japanese passport. (Operation menus of machine can be displayed in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, or Korean.)

※If the machine breaks down or the passport have no IC chip, please proceed to JR-WEST Ticket Office to exchange physical ticket.
Then, the physical pass is successfully redeemed.
Exchanging reserved seat tickets: before getting on the train, please go to green ticket-vending machines and pick up physical reserved seat tickets by the area pass.

Different passes can be redeemed for different number of times of reserved seating ticket. Please check the product page for details.
Please check each product page for achievable train for reserved seating.
The reserved seating for pass must be redeemed separately (make reservation at green machine or window).
The pass can be used to take non-reserved seating directly when the number of times of reserved seating is ran out or if there is no prior redemption of reserved seating ticket.
Unlimited rides of reserved seating ticket can be redeemed, it requires manual reservation at green window when using for the seventh times and above, and machine is not able to redeem directly.
