Lunch with Award-Winning Tottori Wagyu—Japan’s #1 Meat Quality!

The steak is grilled on a rare rock salt plate, allowing natural minerals to infuse into the meat, making it delicious even without any seasoning.

Tottori Wagyu was awarded “Japan’s Best Meat Quality” in the “11th National Competitive Exhibition of Wagyu” (Miyagi Tournament), Division 7 (Overall Evaluation Group).

2025 Newly Built Tottori Prefectural Museum

The Tottori Prefectural Museum, opening in March 2025, features not only exhibition halls but also inviting spaces such as the open “Hiroma” atrium and terraces overlooking the townscape, creating a relaxing environment for visitors. Spend a peaceful moment enjoying art in this brand-new and beautifully designed museum.

The tour includes admission to the permanent collection only. Special exhibitions held for a limited time are not included and require a separate fee. Please check the official website for exhibition schedules and details. Please note that Andy Warhol’s “Brillo Boxes” will not be on display during the following periods: December 8–15, 2025, and February 12–20, 2026.

Japan’s Largest Sand Dunes Walking Experience

After lunch, enjoy a stroll through the mystical Tottori Sand Dunes, a natural wonder shaped by the wind and sea over thousands of years. Stretching 2.4 km north to south, 16 km east to west, and with height differences reaching 90 meters, the vast dunes offer breathtaking scenery.

Please note that snowfall may not occur depending on the season or weather. Snow is typically seen from mid-December to early March.

The Sand Museum

Located at the edge of the Tottori Sand Dunes, this is the world’s only museum dedicated to sand sculptures made entirely from sand and water. Based on the concept of “Travel the World with Sand,” the museum features a new theme each year.

From April 25, 2025, to January 4, 2026, the exhibition “The Sand Museum – 16th Season: Japan Edition” will be held.

Admission is not included in the tour price. Guests wishing to visit must purchase their own tickets (Adults: 800 yen / Children: 400 yen). Event dates and details are subject to change.

Shopping at “Michi-no-Eki Houjou” (Opened April 2025)

At the shopping and souvenir corner, you’ll find a wide variety of local products, including fresh vegetables from nearby farms, fruits, livestock products, and seafood delicacies. From original items that pair perfectly with rice or sake to sweet treats ideal for snacks, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Important Notes During Bus Tour

  1. Please refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus.
  2. Members of the odd-numbered group may need to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
  3. As stipulated by Japanese law, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
  4. Please remain seated and avoid walking while the tour bus is moving.
  5. Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff. Please do not change your seat during the tour.
  6. Please be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers.
  7. Latecomers who wish to rejoin the group will be responsible for all transportation fees. 8.Please wear the sticker provided by the tour guide visibly.
  8. Avoid sticking the sticker on leather goods, as it may leave marks.
  9. Do not use the seat reclining function or adjust the seat settings.
  10. Please set all electronic devices, including mobile phones and game consoles, to silent mode.
  11. Talking on mobile phones and making video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
  12. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
  13. Arrival times at each sightseeing spot may vary depending on traffic conditions.
  14. The use of drones for filming or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
  15. Please do not use perfume, sprays, or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may disturb other passengers.
