The Experience
The service includes a photo session for about one hour while visiting famous places in Matsushima. After the photoshoot, you will get your selected photos online. - Voucher will be sent via email. Please show your e-voucher at the designated location.
Purchase Notice
Change or Cancellation due to Weather: If the weather is bad, we might need to change or cancel the photoshoot. We will let you know at least one day before if this happens.
Being on Time: If you are late, the time for your photoshoot might be shorter. So please try to be on time!
Costumes and Accessories: Please bring your own clothes and accessories for the photoshoot. Let us know before the shoot if you have a special style in mind.
Telling Us Your Ideas: If you have any special wishes or ideas for the photoshoot, please tell us when you book, and we will try our best to make them happen!
Important Booking Information
Meeting Place: On the day of the shoot, please meet us at the place we have planned. If you don’t know where it is, contact us before the shoot.
Costumes: You are in charge of bringing and taking care of the clothes and accessories for the photoshoot.
Valuables: You are responsible for your own belongings during the photoshoot. We can’t be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Extra Time: If we need more time for the shoot, you might have to pay an extra fee.
Number of People: If the number of people in the photoshoot changes, let us know before the shoot. Big changes might be hard to arrange.
Shoot Changes: We might not be able to accept big changes to the plan on the day of the shoot, so please talk to us before the shoot.
