Important Notes for Your Tour:

• During Golden Week (4/26~5/6) departure time will be 30 minutes earlier at 6:30am.
• Due to road conditions, the time spent in Hida Takayama and Shirakawa-go may be shortened.
• In case of significant delays caused by traffic, the tour of Shirakawa-go may be viewed from the bus window only (no stop for sightseeing).
• To reach the Shirakawa-go Observatory, a shuttle bus (separate fee, payable on-site) is required. Due to potential traffic or shuttle bus schedule changes, access to the observatory may not be possible, so please understand in advance.

About the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route:

• On the second day, you will travel to the entrance of the Alpine Route, Tateyama Station, via the Toyama Chiho Railway (approx. 1 hour) or by bus. (Mode of transport cannot be selected and will be confirmed on the day.)
• If traveling by train, a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Dentetsu Toyama Station is required.
• The Toyama Chiho Railway offers unreserved seating, and seats cannot be guaranteed.

• If traveling by bus, please note that it will not be a tour bus. For both train and bus travel, luggage (excluding valuables) must be stored at the hotel front desk at checkout. Luggage will be loaded onto the tour bus after departure and returned to you at Ogizawa Station after the Alpine Route tour.

• Departure times on the second day will vary based on your reservation time for the Alpine Route (departure will be between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM; confirmation on the day). Arrival times will also depend on the Alpine Route reservation time.

• Due to adverse weather conditions, transport along the Alpine Route may be suspended, preventing passage. In such cases, a refund for the Alpine Route fee will be issued, and alternative sightseeing destinations will be provided.

• This tour involves more changes in transport modes (elevators, stairs, and walking) than other courses. Please be prepared.

• Snow Otani Walk is available from April 15 to June 25. Even during this period, events may be canceled due to bad weather. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

• During the Snow Otani period, temperatures around Murodo can drop below freezing. As you will be walking in the snow, please wear warm clothing and waterproof, comfortable shoes. Snow glare at Murodo can be intense, so we recommend bringing sunglasses.

• Luggage: We can store your luggage on the bus, but you are responsible for managing your valuables.

• Please ensure you bring comfortable shoes and warm clothing for the tour.

• After the scheduled departure time, the departure will be made at the discretion of our staff, so please be sure to adhere to the meeting time.
• The listed scheduled times and contents may change due to road conditions.
• In the unlikely event of a delay, requiring the use of a taxi or necessitating an overnight stay, we will not be responsible for any related costs.
• Depending on the number of participants, the bus may be a medium-sized or small bus.
• The bus does not have a toilet.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the bus, and reclining seats are generally not allowed (except on some tours).
• No refunds will be provided if you do not utilize any special offers or benefits.
• If you have food allergies, please be sure to inform the staff at the time of booking. We will try to remove as many relevant ingredients as possible.
• If you require special arrangements, please be sure to inform the staff at the time of booking (some may incur additional charges). If we receive such a request, we will accommodate it within our capabilities. You may also be asked to submit additional information in writing regarding your situation.
• In accordance with the "Work Style Reform Law" implemented on April 1, 2019, regarding the working hours of tour guides, meal times during the tour will be considered the tour guide's break time. Additionally, you may be staying at a different accommodation from the tour group. During free time, you will generally be responsible for your own activities.
• The storage period for lost items is two weeks after the completion of the tour. However, perishable items or items that are difficult to store will be disposed of immediately. Please be aware of this in advance.
• Pets are not allowed on the tour.
• Our team will assign seating on the bus.
• In case of an emergency, the tour guide may sit with the passengers. Please be aware of this in advance. If the number of participants is fewer than 30 or if the tour is unable to operate due to unforeseen circumstances such as disasters or accidents, we may need to request changes or cancellation of the tour up to 3 days before departure (13 days before for overnight stays).
• We may not be able to accommodate requests for specific seating, smoking/non-smoking rooms at hotels, or allergy-related requests. We may inform you in advance and explain any potential issues.
• If you make a reservation online, all notifications will be sent via email. No physical mail will be sent.
