Gion Matsuri festival During traditional festivals, the Deity is taken from its usual shrine to a special place and then brought back when the festival is over. The grand parade, called the Procession, happens on July 17th and 24th and goes through the streets of Kyoto. It is the most exciting part of the Gion Matsuri festival. - In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- Wearing your seatbelt is mandatory while the bus is in motion due to legal regulations.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bus.
- Please refrain from standing up while the bus is in motion.
- If you accidentally leave any belongings on the bus, please be aware that they will be disposed of.
- Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
- Please bring a raincoat, as umbrellas are not allowed during the Gion Festival, even in the rain.
- The duration of the Gion Festival is 60 minutes. Please note that you will leave during the festival.
- The program is subject to change or cancellation due to natural disasters or social conditions.
