Daiju Shoten We will visit Daiju Shoten, located next to the Kakogawa Meat Center, to observe the process of boning beef carcasses.
Oniku Hirai Let's learn and observe the process of transforming primal cuts into retail-ready meat. You will also have the opportunity to try cutting meat under the guidance of a craftsman.
Sabo 1538 After cutting meat experience, enjoy a delicious Kobe beef shabu-shabu lunch at SABO1538.
