How to Use
- We will send you a QR code to use as your train ticket, along with final instructions. Important: This is a ticketless service. You cannot pick up physical tickets at the station ticket machines or windows. Also, this ticket is valid for the Shinkansen only and does not cover local JR lines (e.g., Yamanote Line). Please use a separate IC card for local trains.

Please review all details carefully before completing your reservation.
Reservation Information
- Reservation Deadline: Reservations must be completed at least 7 days prior to your intended travel date.
- Reservation Time Slots: Reservations can be made in 30-minute intervals. If you have a preferred train, please indicate your choice in the designated field. If your preferred train and time are not specified, we will arrange and issue tickets without specifying a specific train.
- Group Reservations: Reservations are accepted for up to seven people. For eight or more people, please make reservations in two separate bookings or contact us directly. (If making reservations in two separate bookings, please be sure to include your reservation number.)
- Preferred Train and Time: To reserve a specific Shinkansen departure time, enter your preferred time in the "Additional Request" section of the reservation form. Please note that if the train is fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate your requested time. In such cases, we will notify you that your reservation may not be confirmed.
- Ticket Issuance: Tickets can be issued starting 1 month before the travel date.
- Infant and Child Fares: If you would like to reserve a seat for an infant, please select the child fare.
Purchase Information
Handling Fee: Fares do not include the ¥2,200 Handling Fee per ticket, which will be added on the checkout page.
Train Delays and Cancellations: In the event of a delay or cancellation, please do not request a cash refund at the station window. Pass through the automated gates as usual. Any eligible refunds will be processed by us at a later date. We are not liable for any impact on your subsequent itinerary.
- Ticket Management: Tickets are provided as QR codes. If you cannot display your QR code due to a dead smartphone battery or lost email, station staff cannot issue a replacement. Please contact us for QR code resending if necessary.
- Delivery Information: Please ensure your email address is correct when making a reservation. We cannot issue refunds if tickets are undeliverable due to incorrect information.
Important Booking Information
Missed Departure: If you miss your train on the day of travel, no changes or cancellations are permitted, regardless of the reason.
Cancellation Policy

Changes are possible one time only, and cancellation is also possible. A handling fee of ¥1,100 applies.
Important Note on Changes: When making a change, you will be charged the handling fee plus the fare difference for the new Shinkansen ticket.

Neither changes nor cancellations are possible.
<On or After the Day of Departure>
Neither changes nor cancellations are possible.
<Additional Fee>
The JR cancellation and change fee is ¥320.
