Age Requirement: 18 to 80 years old.
Attire/Belongings: Please bring gloves, a change of clothes, trekking shoes, and cold weather gear.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase their own insurance for contingencies.
- Individuals with the following health conditions cannot participate:
High blood pressure, heart/spine/neck conditions, epilepsy, hyperventilation symptoms, those under the influence of alcohol, conditions that may worsen due to participation, pregnant individuals or those who may be pregnant, and individuals taking medication.
- A medical certificate may be required depending on health condition or age.
- Participation may be denied on the day if the organizer determines that safety cannot be ensured.
