The Experience
Shokin-do This historic shop was founded in 1866, and its specialty, "Awayuki," is famous for being named by Prince Ito Hirobumi, and is a fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth fresh confectionery that resembles light snow. We will experience making Japanese sweets.
