The Experience

The lunch cruise departs from Hinode Pier, passing under the Rainbow Bridge and sailing toward Odaiba and Shinagawa Pier.

After passing Oi Pier, the route turns left and goes under the Tokyo Gate Bridge. You can then enjoy views of Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo DisneySea, and the cityscape of Tokyo beyond the central breakwater, as well as the scenery of Haneda Airport.

After passing Haneda Airport, head back toward the Rainbow Bridge, where you can admire breathtaking views of Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Skytree from the deck.

Relax and take in the dynamic scenery of Tokyo while enjoying your lunch.

How to Use

  • Voucher will be sent via email. Please show your e-voucher at the designated location.

  • Operating Hours: 11:50 - 14:00. Please complete the boarding procedure at least 15 minutes before departure.
  • Symphony Cruises may change a portion of the route in order to sail safely depending on sailing conditions. In the event this happens, there will be an onboard announcement. Thank you in advance for understanding.
  • The menu can change without notice.
  • Depending on sailing conditions, this cruise may be held from 12:00~14:10.
  • Children under elementary school age are not allowed on the dinner cruise.
  • Seat selection is not available except for designated plans, such as specific ships, rooms, or window-side seating.
  • The minimum number of participants for each cruise is 20 people. The decision on operation will be made 7 days in advance.

Important Booking Information

Boarding Procedures

  • The representative of the reservation must complete the boarding procedure at least 15 minutes before departure.
  • Please complete the procedure at the Symphony Boarding Area / Reception Counter at the Hinode Pier Office.

The cruise may be canceled or the route may be changed in the following cases:

  • When weather or sea conditions pose a risk to the safe operation of the vessel.
  • In the event of natural disasters, fires, marine accidents, ship malfunctions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  • If a passenger experiences a medical emergency.
  • When ordered or requested by government authorities.
  • When emergency evacuation of the vessel makes departure or docking unsafe.

Cancellation Policy

Policy

Cancellation fee for the passage fare and food price (applies to both individuals and groups). (1) Up until 7 days prior to the booked cruise date—200 yen per person. (2) 2–6 days prior to the booked cruise date—10% of the passage fare and food price, per person. (3) 1 day prior to the booked cruise date, or on the day—30% of the passage fare and food price, per person. (4) On the day, after the cruise has begun—100% of the passage fare and food price. Alteration: Provided that the request is made at least 3 days prior to the booked cruise date, the booked food and/or date of cruise can be changed once free of charge.
