The defining feature of the Kiso River cormorant fishing is the excellent visibility. The sightseeing boats get very close to the cormorant fishing boats. At times, you can even feel the heat from the bonfires on your cheeks. The cormorants also come extremely close, with water splashing reaching you.

Cancellation Policy due to River Conditions In the event of rising river levels due to rain, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons. If the tour is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
Decision Timing: Day Tours: A decision will be made by the evening of the previous day. Night Tours: A decision will be made by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day of the tour.
We will contact you immediately once a cancellation has been decided.
