●The bus will depart on time from the meeting point and each stop. Please arrive at the bus on time so as not to be late. Buses will strive to run on time, but depending on road and weather conditions, there may be delays in service, or shortening or skipping the time spent at sightseeing spots. Additionally, we cannot guarantee connections with other means of transportation. ●A tour conductor will not accompany you. ●Breakfast and lunch are not included in the tour price for any course. Please complete this information in advance before attending, or prepare your own. ●Entrance fees for each facility are not included in the tour price and must be paid by each participant. (Excluding Shikisai-no-Oka admission fee for the "Biei-go Panorama Course") Adults (12 years and older) Up to 1 child under 3 years old is free per adult / Even children under 3 years old can use a bus seat If so, the child fee will be charged.

●Please wear your seat belt while the bus is in motion. Seats are free seats. After the tour departs, please refrain from moving from your seat to a seat occupied by another customer. ●You may be asked to share your seat. ●If the customer cancels, regardless of the reason, such as delays or suspension of other transportation services, the specified cancellation fee will be charged. There are no refunds for unused services. Please arrive at the meeting place with plenty of time to spare. ●Never enter private land (farmlands, forests, residences). ●Pick-up and drop-off locations for each course will be designated in advance. Please note that we will not stop at pick-up or drop-off locations without reservations. ●Bus company used: Furano Bus or Asahikawa Electric Tramway (joint operation)
