【Shirakawago and Gokayama】 ・These two sites are one of world heritages in Japan. Unique houses which are designated to withstand heavy snowfall are all around the villages. Enjoy the valuable scenery of the villagse that cannot be seen anywhere else. ・This tour includes Tenshukaku Observatory at Shirakawago so that you can look down the beautiful landscape of Shirakawago. Take a shuttle bus to the observatory yourself showing the bus ticket for this tour. ・Also, the entrance ticket for Gassho-zukuri Minkaen is included. You can here learn and experience the culture and how people in old times lived with the nature. (Minkaen is closed on Thursday. Alternatively you can get an original goods.)

・This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests together. And it is just a shuttle bus. ・This tour is guided by a Japanese speaking assistant. ・A seat for an infant(0 to 5yrs) is not offered. If you need a seat for an infant, please book the tour with the child rate. ・There may be instances that the arrival will be delayed due to snow or traffic conditions. ・The Japanese speaking assistant does not guide you to the observatory. Please take a shuttle bus yourself with the ticket for this tour. ・The shuttle buses run every 20 minutes. To avoid missing the tour bus, please check the shuttle bus time carefully before going to the observatory.
注意事項
1.Please sanitize your hands when boarding and exiting the bus.
Wearing a mask on board is at the discretion of the customer in accordance with the government's policy. To ensure that everyone can enjoy their trip, we ask for your cooperation in cough etiquette and wearing a mask during continuous conversations.
2.As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we ask that you refrain from changing seats unless necessary.
If you have any health concerns or issues, please let us know at the time of booking. During the tour, please consult with the tour guide.
3.Please eat and drink in the car in silence. Drinking alcohol is prohibited.
4.To the members of the odd-numbered group: Please be informed that you may have to share seats with other passengers on the bus.
5.As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
6.Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.
7.Please do not change your seat during the tour.
8.Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for late comers.
9.If late comers wish to re-join the group again afterwards, all transportation fees will be on customer's own expense.
10.Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.
11.Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.
12.Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.
13.Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phone and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.
14.Talking on mobile phone and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.
15.Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.
16.Arrival time at each sightseeing sports may be different depending on traffic conditions.
17.Use of drone for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.
18.Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause troubles to other customers.
19.Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.
20.Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.
21.Participant of this tour will ride with Japan local visitor.
22.If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.
23.Gassho-zukuri Minkaen is closed on Thursday. Alternatively you can get an original goods.
