◆ Dietary Restrictions & Food Allergies Strictly Fixed Menu: The onboard 5-course meal is a fixed, hyper-local fusion menu curated by a Michelin-caliber chef.

◆ No Modifications: We cannot accommodate any dietary requests, food allergies, vegetarian/vegan requests, or ingredient substitutions. If you have severe food allergies or strict dietary restrictions, please reconsider booking this experience.

◆ Restroom Availability No Restrooms Onboard: To preserve the historic vintage architecture of the designer carriages, there are no restrooms inside the train.

Scheduled Stops: The train itinerary includes multiple scheduled stops (approx. every 30–40 minutes) specifically designated for comfortable station restroom breaks.

◆ Seat Assignments No Seat Selection: This train consists entirely of reserved seating. Specific seats, carriage numbers, or window-side requests CANNOT be chosen or guaranteed.

Group Seating: Guests booking together under the same reservation confirmation will be seated at the same table/booth.

◆ Prohibited Items No Outside Food/Drink: Bringing outside food or beverages onto the luxury train is strictly prohibited. A gourmet meal is included, and a selection of local sakes, craft beers, and soft drinks are available for purchase onboard.

◆ Traveling with Children Ages 6–11: Must book under the Child Fare. If they prefer the adult French course menu instead of the standard children's meal, they must be booked under the Adult Rate.

Ages 5 & Under: Free of charge only if they sit on a guardian's lap and do not require an extra seat or meal. If they need a seat/meal, the Child Fare applies.

◆ Tour Guide Disclaimer Self-Guided Tour: This package does not include a tour guide. Your transit (either private car or JR train tickets) and train boarding vouchers will be provided to you. You will navigate the stations and board the train independently.

1. Action Required: Submit Your Hotel Details To finalize your transportation logistics, please ensure you have provided your hotel details based on your chosen package:

For Option 1 (Private Car Package): We require your exact Hotel Name and Address in central Fukuoka city. Your pick-up window begins at 09:45 AM in the main lobby.

For Option 2 (JR Train Package): We require your hotel name or preferred Fukuoka base so we can confirm your itinerary.

If you did not input your hotel details during checkout, please message us at least 7 days before departure.

2. Ticket Collection & Departure Day Rules

For Option 1: Private Car Package Guests Lobby Meeting: Your private driver will meet you directly in your hotel lobby. Please be ready and waiting by 09:45 AM.

Your official digital voucher for the Coto Coto Train boarding will be sent to your email 2 to 3 days prior to departure.

For Option 2: JR Train Package Guests Ticket Handover: Your physical JR Train tickets will be given to you in person on the day of your reservation.

Arrive Early: You must arrive at the designated meeting point at Hakata Station at least 30 minutes before your scheduled JR train departure time to collect your tickets from our staff.

Strict Timelines: Because Japanese trains run on an absolute, split-second schedule, trains cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss the ticket handover window, you will miss the train, and your booking will be marked as a non-refundable no-show.

3. Final Prep Before Departure Day Emergency Contacts: Your digital voucher will contain our customer support hotline.
