・Where to go to see the cherry blossoms varies according to the date
・The tour dates are based on the average flowering period of the year, but the best time to view the cherry blossoms may vary depending on weather conditions.
・Regardless of when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, the tour will take place as soon as there is sufficient interest.
・Lunch menu may vary depending on ingredients purchased. If you have any food allergies, please tell us when you register. (We will remove the affected ingredients as far as possible).
・If you have any special requirements, please inform us at the time of booking. (Some fees may apply.) When we receive your request, we will do our best to accommodate it.
・If the number of participants is less than (20), or if the tour cannot be carried out due to force majeure such as a disaster or accident, we will change or cancel the tour at least 3 days before the start of the tour (13 days before for overnight stays).
・If a facility is closed and an alternative sightseeing spot cannot be provided, we will issue a partial refund for the unused facility portion.
