Enjoy live commentary in 8 languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French, Thai, Indonesian, Vietnamese) using your own smartphone and earphones.

• Please inform us in advance or notify the bus guide on the day.
• A camera-enabled smartphone with internet access in Japan is required.
• Scan the QR code provided onboard to access the guide via browser.
• Earphones are not provided. If you don’t have earphones, please mute your phone and follow the text display only.
• The audio may not play if your screen is off or another app is in use.
• This is GPS-based guidance and not a translation of the bus guide’s speech.
• Available only during the bus ride.
• No refunds for technical issues.

Important Notes for Your Ride

• Shared seating: Solo travelers may be seated next to other guests.
• Seat assignment: Bus seats are assigned on the day of departure.
• Upper deck view: All guests will be seated on the upper deck. Enjoy panoramic views of Tokyo!
• Only one stop: This is a sightseeing drive from the bus. Guests will only get off at Tokyo Tower.

Children & Seating

• Child fare: Ages 6–11.
• Children under 6 can ride for free on an adult’s lap (1 child per adult).
• If a seat is needed for a child under 6, please book under “Toddler” for JPY 700.

About the Open-Top Bus

• The bus has no roof. Strong winds are expected, especially at night or in winter. Please dress warmly and prepare for the weather.
• The following are not allowed onboard:

  ・Standing or moving while driving ・Umbrellas (including sunshades) ・Smoking ・Extending hands or objects outside the bus ・Use of selfie sticks or similar devices

• Drinks allowed: Only those in sealed bottles, cans, or flasks.
• Always wear your seatbelt during the ride.
• Do not touch trees or branches from the open roof.
• Note: Water may drip during or after rain, or when passing through tunnels.

In Case of Bad Weather

• The tour may be cancelled in severe weather.

  • If cancelled, you’ll be contacted, so please provide a reachable mobile number when booking.
  • Sudden cancellations may occur just before departure.

• Rain gear provided free of charge on rainy days.
• A cover may be deployed over the bus when raining.
• The company is not responsible for damages caused by weather conditions.
