- Due to the large number of places to be visited, please be punctual for the meeting time.
- Due to traffic congestion, etc., your stay may be shortened.

- The bus is not provided with a toilet onboard.
- No smoking inside the bus.
- Regarding Dolphin Watching: As dolphins are wild animals, sightings are not guaranteed. Please note that no refunds will be made in the event that dolphins are not seen. (The sighting rate in Amakusa is very high, over 90%).
- Limited Express "A-Train" Cancellation: In the event that the "A-Train" is out of service due to inspection or bad weather, alternative transportation (local train or bus) will be used. The difference in the express fare will be refunded.
- Regarding Nagabeta Kaishoro Sea Road: The scenery varies greatly depending on the tide. Please be aware that the road may be fully submerged or completely dry depending on the tidal conditions of the day.
- Ingredients for the BBQ lunch are subject to change depending on the season and market availability.
- We are unable to accommodate special dietary requests such as for food allergies or vegetarian meals. We appreciate your understanding.

- Clothing & What to Bring: Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. We strongly recommend bringing an extra layer or jacket, as it can be colder and windy on the boat. Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen) and motion sickness medication (if needed) are also advised.
- Punctuality: Please be on time for the designated meeting time. The bus will depart as scheduled and cannot wait for latecomers. Please note that no refunds will be issued if you miss the departure.
Dolphin Watching Cruise Cancellation Policy 1. If the cruise is cancelled BEFORE your tour date: If the boat operator cancels the cruise by the day before the tour, the entire tour will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund. 2. If the cruise is cancelled AFTER the tour departs (while your guide is with you): We will take you to an alternative destination, the Amakusa Pearl Center & Sea Donut Aquarium. You will receive a refund for the dolphin cruise fare. 3. In case of a last-minute cancellation (during the self-guided portion): In the rare event the boat operator (Amakusa Takarajima Line) cancels the cruise just before departure, please take a local public bus to Misumi Station to continue your itinerary. Your guide will provide you with clear instructions and bus fare for this possibility beforehand.
