・Please inform your preferred start time when making a reservation.
・Children of junior high school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian.For safety reasons, children below junior high school age are not allowed to use the bicycles alone. In addition, all users who are junior high school age or younger require a guardian’s accompaniment.
Important Booking Information
・Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time.
・Helmets are available for rent upon request. Please kindly understand that availability is limited and we may not be able to provide one if all are in use.
・Turn on the front light when it is dark around you.
・Always lock your bicycle when parking.
・Please obey traffic laws and related regulations, and be fully mindful of traffic manners.
・Users must always check that the provided equipment is complete before using the rental bicycle.If any items are found to be missing before use, please notify the staff immediately to either add the missing items or cancel the rental.
・If any accessories are missing and the bicycle is returned without notifying the rental location, the user will be responsible for the cost of the missing items under any circumstances.
