Pick-up Locations You can choose one of the following pick-up options:
Reservation Date When booking, please select the date of your hotel check-in or the date you plan to pick up the card at the airport or Harajuku TIC. This date will be used as the delivery / pick-up date for your Welcome Suica.
Validity Period The Welcome Suica card is valid for 28 days from the first time you use it.
Important Notes for Hotel Delivery Please provide your hotel name, reservation name, and check-in date when placing your order. Hotel delivery is available only for accommodations with a staffed reception desk that can receive items on your behalf. Delivery cannot be made to Airbnb, private residences, or any property without a functioning reception. If your accommodation cannot accept deliveries, please choose another pick-up option.
Important Notes for Airport Pick-up Airport pick-up is only available at the following Japan Post counters:
Narita Airport Terminal 1 (4F) Narita Post Office – Terminal 1 Branch Hours: 08:30–20:00 (open daily)
Narita Airport Terminal 2 (B1F) Narita Post Office – Terminal 2 Branch Hours: 08:30–20:00 (open daily)
Haneda Airport Terminal 1 (1F) Haneda Airport Post Office Hours: 09:00–17:00 (weekdays only; closed on weekends and holidays)
Availability depends on the business hours above and your arrival time. If your flight arrives outside the operating hours or at a non-supported terminal, airport pick-up will not be possible. Please note that we cannot take responsibility if you are unable to pick up your card due to flight delays or any other changes in your travel schedule.
Important Notes for Harajuku TIC Pick-up The Harajuku Tourist Information Center (TIC) is open from 10:00 to 18:00. Pick-up is only possible during these business hours.

You may pick up your card on a different day than the one selected at the time of booking; however, please contact us in advance if you need to change your pick-up date. If you arrive outside the operating hours, you will not be able to pick up your card.
Notes Welcome Suica does not require a deposit and cannot be returned for a refund. You may keep the card as a souvenir after your trip. This Welcome Suica applies adult fares only. If you need a Welcome Suica that supports child fares, please arrange it on your own at a JR ticket counter after arriving in Japan.

How to Recharge You can recharge Welcome Suica at ticket machines or fare adjustment machines in JR and subway stations, as well as at convenience stores displaying the IC card logo. Insert the card, choose the amount, and pay with cash. Please note that credit card payment may not be available at some machines.
